No one caused the hourly to do what she did wrong except for her dumb self.Interesting. You seem to have radically undermined your more broad claims, however. Assuming that you're correct, none of this is a very big systemwide deal at all, as some have contended then, by your own argument. So Nilet can prove that you and he and are correct by seeing the employee disciplined, and then all would be tickety-boo. By your descriptions of it, the employee MUST be disciplined, so let's see that happen. |
