Perhaps follow-up, if there's time, about what about it's specifically distracting is helpful too. E.g., a certain position could be reflecting blinding light into the cab, etcIrrelevant to this case. He was on the platform. He boarded. He was immediately told that photography was not allowed. He did absolutely nothing wrong, nor anything that can be construed as wrong. |
