The rules do not say photography is not allowed on moving trains or in tunnels - they say photography and VIDEO is permitted - in clear and unambiguous language.THIS is where i had a problem in that training class.. If Video Taping on a Moving train is "Allowed" under the MTA rules, then why is it deemed "suspicous" by homeland security? Theres gotta be a grey area in that ... |
