" This kind of sounds like the following situation: "The daily beatings will stop when morale improves - From Sade Your Manager". Followed to a certain degree this kind of statement creates s catch-22 situation - the station will not be improved until the ridership grows but the ridership won't grow because the station is horrible. While no one is going to build the Taj Mahall in a subway station, a certain level of amenties is needed. Mike |
