The developer is bringing more affluent people to the Rockaways and they won't put up with crumbling stations.Incorrect, these Rockaway stations were: 1. The successful prior grouping of other outdoor station renovations, such as the Woodlawn, Whie Plains Road and Broadway/BMT line stations led MTA/NYCT to realize that the Rockaway stations can all be done simultaneously while the funds were being allocated for this work. |
