M0 is the money in terms of physical stuff on hand, so that would be the sum of currency and coin and deposits on hand in cash reserves at the Fed (in this country, specifically; for others, they have other central bank systems). I don't think that the Fed speaks of M0, however, except as incorporated in M1, M2, or M3. |
