The pic was clearly taken from an area open to the public.Read my orher post if its "sealed off" then its not open to the public right? I have seen them do that at Lenox a few Years back they had the Platform taped off due to a train with a Runaway Motor.. Nobody was allowed in that station until they said it was "safe"(the magic word) they had to take the M1,2,7 or 102 to 145th Street. |
