Same up here, especially with too many "knockdowns and fatalities" within the same depot. The General Manager gets on the depot manager, who gets on the General Superintendent, and AGS, who gets on the Road Superintendents, who gets on the dispatchers (somewhat) and the drivers. They have gave 30+ drivers days in the streets at the same time.A newbie B/O they will get on the Instructors, and the 19-A dispatchers who gave the newbie operator rides. |
