I suppose that the picture itself could be taken as a sign that someone didn't properly close off the area, or that it could supply some evidence against the engineer; moreso the former since I assume that the employee directly involved will be interrogated at length, at least by NYCT; and maybe even some agency like NTSB might want to get in on the action.Either way, I don't know enough to say, so this is speculation both ways. |
