Also, even though it is legally an FRA railroad...But SIR is basically legally not an FRA railroad, either, or at least not to the degree where one can call FRA some sort of bogeyman, from what I can tell. Operationally speaking, what's different - paperwork aside - because of the fact of FRA regulation on SIR? |
