The only thing that makes the Babylon line a commuter line is its fare structure and length!Then we have a genuine disagreement. While I'm unsure whether this dichotomy between commuter line and rapid transit line is a useful one at all - e.g., at Woodside, I can use a commuter line as a rapid transit line - I do think it's sensible to say that SIR is more like system X and less like system Y based on frequency of service through the day. |
