According to Knorr's website, they did supply the brakes for the R62A. Look at their website.

Technically they did. NYAB provided the GSX23 NEWTRAN braking system for the R62A. Later, NYAB became part of Knorr. Thus, Knorr can claim that it was the provider, since the company that provided the brakes (NYAB) is now part of Knorr.
