The plan all long this time was to retire from all classes at the same time based on performance; rather than class by class. That's probably why they keep wavering on the 44's going first, or the 40/42. It will probably be both, gradually, but since the 44's seem to be in such worse condition than they realized, it will probably be more of those. |
