I know that to this day; there are some 46 and 68 handles (both variations of NYAB) that while in full service; if you take your hand off slowly, it will stay "stuck" down. When dumping (out of full service) it doesn't seem to work; so that is why it was not a cause of alarm for me. And I guess in the past; they were not as safety-strict[ so stuff like that may have been more likely to go unchecked. |
