Exactly, well I can't say if it is due to the lack of trains there, but I can't see them giving up their express buses or driving just to take the train to Manhattan.That 5 mi tunnel would be useful only during the rush hours and unless it was a $5+ surcharge to use teh SIR to go thru that tunnel then I doubt it would ever recover the $ for paying back the costs. |
