At one point, a person is heard saying the local doesn't run to South Ferry at this time of day. Pelham 123 (or 1323) would be created by having a Pelham 103 (or 1303) and 5 minute headways. Pelham 123 would become something like Brooklyn Bridge 214 (or 1414). |
