Those were never used in the 90's, except for a few exceptions:

1. The 1990 south-side tease, where N's operated over the bridge for three months beginning in September, while the B, D and orange Q remained intact.

2. April-November 1995 had the bridge closed completely middays and weekends, and Brighton service at this time consisted of Q local service via tunnel, express from Canal to 57th and then via 63rd St. to Queensbridge. D's ended at 34th, B's ran as shuttles in Brooklyn only.

3. 1997-1998, while the 63rd St. tube tracks were replaced, the yellow S used the tracks north of 34th St.
