The NYCTA isn't...but the MTA can certainly move many of its workers out of the city...but if that isn't possible, the MTA should be trying to centralize ALL of its workers and ALL of its divisions at 347 Madison (currently, the NYCTA uses 3 buildings, 370 Jay Street, 130 Livingston Street, and 2 Broadway, at least, as the sole occupant of each). |
