I grew up in his building and was friends with his son. Building being the Projects. Ya know all that other qwap over on another thread.For the most part you had decent hardworking folks living in them. Working for the Board of ED. and Transit. It provided affordable housing. During the 60`s our building was kept up very well. Then the financial crisis of `72 took hold and things started going downhill.... |
