When I heard "permit" I immediately though it would be a six month or year permit that would allow you to photograph on PATH property with few if any restrictions.What PATH describes is not really a permit, it is a specific authorization for a single event and you are accompanied by a PATH official who can decide on the spot what you can and cannot take pictures of. That means you need another authorization every time you want to go back. Absolutely ridiculous. |
