With the only express bus running infrequent peak time/direction only serivce, and having to go out of the way back to Rego Park (central Queens) before it starts actually heading for Manhattan.No, cars is the right answer. That's why this area is fifth in the whole city in sending cars to Manhattan. What we need is a complete overhaul of our local transit network. (Midtown train service, as well as the buses connecting to places like LIC, central Queens and Jamaica as well as the express). |
