I leave my house around 7:30 AM to get the 5 Thru Express at Burke Avenue just to be at my job at 9:00 at 60 Centre St. That's during rush hours. That same commute takes longer on weekends. It can take an hour and 45 minutes to get to Brooklyn Bridge on weekends between taking both the 2 and the 5 and having to wait for both trains (both lines run every 12 minutes on weekends). |
