You know, I'm wondering if they did go ahead and issue the permit (assuming such a physical permit even does exist, and if so, should be put on eBay immediately upon expiration), whether or not the cops or PATH employees are even aware of the permit stipulations and would both to honor anything granted by the authority. Alternatively, if you were issued a permit and proceeded to photograph in violation of their stipulations, whether the permit itself would be enough to keep away anyone designated to stop those evil camera-holders. |
