"Apparently the longer the train is the longer it takes to come". As usual another ERROR-oneous statement by you. The riders do not have to run on the platform for an R train since it is 600' long and platforms are that length or slightly longer. If the R ran short trains, station dwell time would be longer as passengers would have to run along the platform to board. And the end cars would be jammed with riders at the first doors. |
