Queens Blvd riders are not forced to take (V). If anything, mostriders still chose the (E)and (F) over it.In regard to benefit, the additional Manhattan service is of great benefit to Queens Blvd riders, the only thing is for that benefit to the fully realized, people have to use to it more often. |
