I got a comment against a PATH filming

you this is my video file about the PATH. And here is a comment by a station agent "...i work for the Port Authority Trans Hudson as a station agent do you know we can take your cam if your caught filming ..."

Questions: for how long do they take a cam?
DO they clean all images? DO they clean train-related images?

Usually I watch out for COPs and Station Agents.
When I see them, I prefer to avoid filming
(remind me the issue which forced me to run away from USSR)

But for future I need some Railfan ID
