Actually, I prefer the approach used in Islamic countries. If a graffiti vandal gets caught there, it's off with his hand.If he still doesn't get it, it' off with his other hand. End of problem. Of course, we couldn't get away with it here. BTW, have any of you actually caught a graffiti vndal? I have. It was on Muni when I was a streetcar operator on Muni Metro there. I caught two spraypainters in the act, inside the LRV. You'd be amazed at how quickly they turned into sniveling crybaby cowards when they were arrested. Milantram San Francisco |
