They didn't like the R-6/7/9s either. And if there was a tag on one of them, it was usually carelessly done. There were, of course, exceptions to this rule. A crew out of Queens - "Uncle John", "Quang", "Flint" and "Pentagram" were particularly cruel to the R stock that was laid up on the Hillside Express. I remember seeing cars like #1233, #1415, #1304, #937, #1117 etc. wearing pictographs of wizards, skulls, ghouls, highly stylized logos and the like.

Then, in the East - there were these two taggers "Wizz" (sometimes spelled with three "Z"s), and "Super Strut" who liked to do "throw up" tags on the R-7a and R-9. They NEVER touched the blue/grey cars, only the brown ones. I had a list of these somewhere but I can't find it at the moment.
