I just took one look at it and it seems to me that it was probaly a group of foreign vandals. One of the portions showed New York on the bottom of the screen. I also noticed that it was vandalized about the time NYC was bidding for the Olympics. I noticed a sticker on one of the trains at Bowling Green. |
