I wouldn't even have to pretend - my arms have an extremely limited range of backward mobility - if I even try to extend my arms behind my back to allow handcuffing I suffer severe muscle cramps in my chest that emulate the pain of a heart attack. I've been to an emergency room several times simply for reaching for something behind my back. |
