I've been in a birthday pahty in the SOAC ;-) (Not my birthday.) SOAC isn't actually all that cool. It's just another subway cah. The half that got the AC motors is definitely not operable. The half that got the DC motors might be restorable, I don't know. But then anything is restorable with a big enough budget. What I'd actually do with that cah is to put a R-160 traction package underneath it and it'd be instantly operable. But I don't have the $1 million or so for a set of spare Alstom Onyx... |
