Further update regarding the cop encounter on Sunday.

I called the NYCLU, and they said to write a letter to their legal department. Unfortunately, they want the case number and name of the investigator from the CCRB, which I don't have yet. I filed the complaint online last night, and apparently, they make a point of calling within 24 hours of receiving the complaint, so I'll probably get that information today.
