That is what I would have done...you will have to arrest me, or I will contact the ACLU and have you named in a lawsuit. (Of course, after the handcuffs are on, I would claim heart trouble afterwards and force the police to remain there while EMS is contacted---and if they don't contact EMS, well, that is another charge to be leveled in a lawsuit, to be accompanied by a formal complaint against the officer.) |
