Keep in mind that usually, if you get a warning, it is time to just close up shop and move on. (I have gotten similar treatment from private employees providing service under contract to the government, but acting as though they ARE the government---their uniform would say they are, but I would respond that they are NOT government employees.)BTW, for my part, I don't take much underground pictures, and if I do, I will do one and take the next train most of the time. But if they warned you, it is time to get out of there and avoid causing trouble. If you want to file a formal complaint, do so with the CCRB and the supervisor at TB33 (Bway Jct.)...and contact the ACLU for consideration of legal action against the NYPD (because they hired the rogue officers).
