Assuming your version of events is accurate and that you did nothing that would be hazardous or illegal (ie trespass or use flash) then you have grounds for a lawsuit and monetary damages.You also could ask a lawyer if you have grounds to obtain a restraining order or injunction, which would be signed by a judge, ordering the NYPD and TA to not interfere with your picture taking or video in any way. I am not a lawyer, so I don't know if that's possible to do, but I imagine it could be. Goo luck. |
