The NYCT personnel may have been acting of their own volition. If not, then yes, something should be done. But I suspect that it would be harder to effect change within NYCT, and would solve less of the immediate problems, than dealing with how the NYPD treated Nilet. The NYPD is the much bigger problem here. |
