However, would the expense have even been worth it for 3 or four (if lucky) passengers a day. I wonder if there would have been a loophole to not have to have them ADA compliant too, as Fresh Pond would have been cost prohibitive to make ADA compliant, and Richmond Hill would have cost a fortune too. |
