Well, in any case, the Second Avenue Subway is almost certainly going to be finished LAST.Those are fightin' words to us SEPTA riders! We're still gonna be wondering why SEPTA hasn't even submitted a Roosevelt Boulevard funding proposal to the feds when you're riding express trains under the whole length of 2nd Ave...even if that day happens to be in the year 3756. |
