You misunderstood what my point, but perhaps I wasn't entirely clear. When I said that Railcar production was no longer a domestic production, I was referring to American founded railcar companies like Pullman, ACF, St. Louis Car, etc., not international companies like Kawasaki that opened local production plants here in the States, which I was already aware of anyway. |
