No. The marquees you see in Firefox are supossedly made using JavaScript.What method Firefox uses to interpret the tag <MARQUEE> is irrelevant (and AFAIK it has nothing to do with Javascript). The fact is that I have seen with my own eyes that the <MARQUEE> tag exactly as I expect it to in Firefox. If you don't believe me, download it and see for yourself:
