How can you justify that RFWs ever so greatly improve the ride quality of the hundreds of thousands of commuters that ride the subway?Railfan windows are of little importance to riders as well as the MTA otherwise they would have greater notoriety and the MTA would be striving for each fleet to have RFWs. |
