On my way home, I usually board the B train at Brighton Beach, where the staircase takes me to the first car.I often -- perhaps more often than not -- see people standing at the window. I've never seen any of the people you mention. Since I'm on my feet all day, I usually want to sit. The last time I decided to stand, Stan Fischler and a friend of his had beaten me to the window. |
