I don't remember the exact terminology, but the paperwork had his signature underneath a statement where he swore to uphold the constitution of the US and the laws of...blah, blah, blah.Our paperwork also had some statement that we were waiving our rights to have our cases heard by a judge and that we agreed that whatever decision was reached would be final. It almost sounded like arbitration although that word was never used. |
