I'm sure the tail tracks at Jamaica Center do the same thing, by allowing trains to enter at full speed.Nope. The crossover is too far away (on both levels) for the tail tracks to make much of a difference. And the lower level tail tracks are often occupied by trains during off-peak hours. |
