There is no place on the system where there are 5 tracks being used at the same time together. I would do it the way they run trains in Australia, 4 tracks 1 track in each direction next to each other like this 1 East, 1 West(J)1 East 1 West (E) so no switching is needed except at terminals. Both lines will run parallel with each other
