It did not go express.In the PM rush, the last stop was Exchange Place, despite being advertised (on signs and in announcements) as going to WTC. The platform at WTC was simply too crowded to allow anybody to get off there. IMO, the crowd should have been confined to the mezzanine, with passengers being allowed onto the platform only while a train was there, ready to take on passengers. |
