No..Im not.The MTA planned the line for the LIRR under Third ave since the early 60's... Ronan and the Governor at that time figured they could kill MANY BIRDS with one stone..by forming the MTA... Out of that..the 1968 MTA Plan For Action was formed. As we well know...that "PLAN" went bust... |
