And no one is saying you don't understand anything. What we're saying is that we provided a statement from a high-level NJT official saying that the east river tunnels are near capacity. If you want to find out the real capacity, you would need to get an Amtrak employee timetable that covers Penn. It's not public, but I'm sure someone here has one and can give us an idea. The NJT statement is pretty credible though. |
