A dual end locomotive could run around it's consist to take it back out again. With the locomotive in the lead, the gaps can be avoided.Good luck running around trains in West Side Yard. Also the whole idea behind going to catenary would be to avoid gapping. Just string some 12.5kv or something through Jamaica to avoid those gaps and everything will work out. |
