Penn is getting an expansion.The "expansion" that you speak of only affects pedestrian access to the platforms. Besides lengthening I believe one platform, and making a few stub end tracks through tracks, nothing will be done to increase the throughput of the station. As such, NYP will likely be able to accommodate approximately the same number of trains per hour before and after the "expansion," leaving no new room for MNCR trains. |
